Yes, a booking guarantee of $25pp is required to confirm the booking. No money will be taken from your card at this time. In the instance of a no-show or late cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation time, a $25pp will be taken.

All prepaid upgrades are non-refundable once purchased. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time may incur a $25pp late cancellation fee.

Should your plans change, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booking and we will do our best to accommodate a ticket transfer or venue voucher as credit. 

Yes, we always keep space for walk-ins. For larger groups or peak times, we recommend booking ahead

We don’t offer a guest list. However, on Fridays and Saturdays you can choose to skip the queue for a $20 entry fee, payable by cash or card (subject to venue capacity).

Yes. Caballitos is available for private and semi-private events, including birthdays, corporate functions, and celebrations. Get in touch to discuss packages and availability.

Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely coeliac-safe environment. Please let us know your requirements when booking.

Yes. Caballitos is an 18+ venue. Valid ID may be required on entry.

The closest train station to Caballitos is Perth Underground Station, just a 5-minute walk away. Perth Station is also nearby and easily walkable. 

Yes. There are several paid parking options within walking distance of Caballitos, including CPP His Majesty’s Car Park, CPP Concert Hall Car Park, and Wilson Parking (Carillon City / Hay Street). 
Limited street parking is also available nearby, subject to availability and time restrictions.
